Is my $10 really refundable?+
Yes — completely. It sits untouched until the grid fills. If we hit the goal it comes off your helmet price; if we don't, it's refunded in full, automatically. You're never on the hook for a helmet that doesn't get made.
When do I pay the rest?+
Only after the grid fills and we're placing the production order. Founders pay $170 total (minus your $10 deposit). We save your card securely at reserve and never charge the balance unless the drop is a go.
What's the difference between the free list and a founder spot?+
The free list gets you notified when preorders open, at the standard $200. A founder spot ($10 down) locks the lower $170 price, puts you higher on the grid, and gets you a helmet off the first run.
Are these real, safe helmets?+
Yes. GLU shells are full-face and built to DOT safety standards by an established manufacturer. The presale just lets riders fund the first run together instead of us guessing at inventory.
What colors and designs are available?+
Launch is four clean base colorways — gloss white, gloss gray, gloss black, and matte black. Custom graphics and special editions come after the grid fills.
